Thanks for the reminder, when I set it up initially I grounded the antenna as well as the coax.
Will a CM 3410 suffice? Upon investigating the setup, the cable splits and goes toward the 50ft TVs...

Antenna installed 6ft higher...
Good news!
Antenna installed 6ft higher than before and am using the Antennas Direct 42xg and am now getting a rage of 21.6-27 SNR on all the channels I care about and even picked up a few more...
