A single DB8e with one panel facing north and the other facing 70 degrees magnetic. You don't need any vhf capability. Make sure the antenna is as high as you can get it above peak of roof.

Move the antenna until you find the spot with best signal stregnth. Best bet is above the roof with good los to the stations. If you need a larger antenna, go with the Antennacraft HBU-33.

I would still get a better antenna. An indoor antenna averages 0 db gain while the antenna i recommended gets 10 db aimed correctly. You will get satisfactory reception of abc and all other channels....
