Antenna for a Basement

I just moved into a new apartment and was hoping to get free TV, but the apartment is in a basement. The antenna I have now only gets one station.

I'm hoping to find something that will improve my reception. Any suggestions?

Television Reception

As the other question askers have done , do this >>>>http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=4 . Is this apartment part of a house that is apartments , or the apartment is in a apartment building ? how many Tv's to connect ? You will need to get the antenna up off of below ground level , so have the antenna height at 20 feet above ground when you fill out your location and information.

Trying to receive signals when you are below grade will be a challenge. If you do not have access to a location above ground level for an antenna (or perhaps a window that sees daylight in the direction of your local transmitters), you're likely to be "stuck in a hole" without much TV reception.

Can't fight the physics of an unfavorable location.
