Huntsville AL corrections

(1) WHNT's real channel is 19. They cancelled their move to 46 when WYLE's construction permit expired on 20. WHNT is broadcasting at 1000 kW.

(2) WAFF's real channel is 49. They have not acted on their construction permit and are transmitting at 41 kW.

(3) WFIQ is transmitting at 418.8 kW.

(4) WHIQ is transmitting at 396 kW.
