I am just trying to get the basic VHF channels using the Insignia box and nothing is showing up except channel 3- LiveWell. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.:confused:

This sounds like you may have your TV configured to receive analog only.

Can you provide the model make and model #'s of the TV and the DTV converter?

What type or better, make and model antenna are you using? Are you in an apartment/condo in the city? (Surrounded by large building?)

You were totally right! I fixed it in the menu- so simple! Thank you! Now i am receiving approx 80% of the VHF channels- just working on finding the best antenna location. Thanks again.
