Rovi guide

I live in Red Deer Alberta Canada, have a channelmaster DVR+, and get a great signal of channel 10.1 CITV Edmonton. I've tried every postal code I can think of to get a ROVI guide for that station with no luck. Anybody got any ideas?

Rovi guide data via OTA was discontinued a while back. Late 2012 or early 2013, IIRC.
