Any Assistance in San Francisco is appreciated

Im in San Francisco below the Sutro Tower in the Noe Valley area. There is a fair amount of topography between the tower and my apartment.

I did one analysis that reported I should be able to receive all local affiliates for ABC, NBC, CBS and PBS. This morning I did another analysis that put all but ABC in the red zone suggesting that a roof mounted antenna may work. I guess thats why my three tries with indoor antennas havent worked. :)

Can anyone recommend the least expensive outdoor antenna I should be able to use? It would be great if I could buy one locally so I wouldnt have to deal with mailing returns if the antenna(s) dont work. Also, the report says Ill need a rooftop mounted antenna. Im wondering if an outdoor wall mounted antenna may work. It gets really windy in my area.

I am receiving ABC and PBS. It would be great to also get CBS and NBC.

Please dont email me if your an antenna sales person trying to push your antenna or you want to push your services to install one.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You're a brave soul to post your address and email in an open public forum.

You may want to re-consider that and share that with people if they need it in a private message.

Looking better, sorry for pointing it out like that. But I do computer networks and security for a living. You kind of put it out there for the "not so nice "people to take advantage of.
