I think I've finally convinced my mother to consider cutting the cord!

This is a typical suburban house, one floor. I don't see any channels in the red that are absolutely critical, but of course, the more the merrier.

Nice plot. I'd probably go with an RCA ANT-751R or an Antennacraft HBU-11 or HBU-22. An Antennas Direct C2V would be fine, too.
