have a digiwave ant 5006 and a 5011 I have one aimed at toronto now looking to hit New York

I asked a guy in a shop that deals with FTA and OTA I asked him how to get two signals to one tv all at the same time no switching back and forth using a A/B switch and he said if I'm not worried about interference and other stuff use a diplexer and a tv splitter so I followed his advice and got them now I have tried catching the New york signal once I did get bright Tv then I moved it and I couldn't seem to get it after that now I am trying again...HELP PLEASE :(

In your earlier thread, http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=14749 member teleview addressed the idea of using a splitter in reverse to combine two antennas. If it works reliably, great. But, your experience is common... combining antennas often requires some high performance filters that simply cost too much in the opinion of the average consumer.

You may consider a custom filter solution from tinlee.com. Be prepared for possible 'sticker shock' when they give you a quote.

Also, your odds of reliable reception of the New York signals could be improved by using a deep fringe UHF antenna rather than a low gain antenna with built in amplification. I'd consider an 8-bay panel antenna such as the DB8E.
