West Enfield, Maine

Wondering if there is anyone on here who lives near my area and uses an outdoor antenna. Would appreciate any recommendations. Been researching online and there is a LOT of information, some confusing, some contradictory. Want to avoid going to the expense and work of putting up an antenna and not having it work.
Thanks!

The Bangor, ME market has the distinction of being the only one (except translators back in the mountains) in the country where a good, old-fashioned 2-13 is all that is needed. The UHF broadcasts on channels 22 and 25 are replicated on VHF channels 7 & 9 respectively so a UHF antenna isn't actually needed.

Slim pickings for that category of antenna these days. IIRC, Antennacraft's CS600 is the only one still available readily. You might have to go ahead and get an all-channel antenna just because they're still readily available.
