I'm not convinced you need a rotator. The stations are grouped fairly well. modestly directional antennas such as the RCA ANT-751R and Antennacraft HBU-22 (or perhaps the HBU-11) will do a good job if mounted outdoors, clear of obstructions.

If you're connecting more than one or two TVs, an RCA TVPRAMP1R would do a good job overcoming cable and splitter losses.

The HBU series and RCA ANT-751 antenna have one output that is a combined set of both UHF and VHF bands.

Set the configuration switch to 'COMBINED' on the preamplifier and connect the antenna to the UHF input. The VHF input on the preamp would be unused.

Home Depot has 10 foot 6 inch , 1 and 3/8 inch diameter , TOP RAIL , chain link fence , PIPE , that makes good mast pipe. The cost is low at about 10 dollars.

A antenna rotator is not required.

Antenna rotators are Not channel surfing friendly , must wait for antenna to rotate.

Antenna rotators are Not recording friendly.

And their , Will Be Domestic Situations , about the direction the the antenna is aimed with a antenna rotator.

The closer trees and tree leaves and buildings and other obstructions are in the directions of reception the more disrupted reception will be.

The more distant trees and other obstructions are from the receiving antenna in the directions of reception , the better reception will be.

The Best Practice for Reliable Reception is to install the HBU33 antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the direction of reception including your own roof and building.
