Antenna Selection help please.

This is the link to the TV analysis results.

I will be installing in a loft, at 25 - 30 ft elevation. Some trees around house, but clear locally after that for a 1/2 mile.

I will be feeding to three TV's we have in the house.

Would like to hear about best antenna option, splitter and whether and amplifier is needed.
