NBC OTA Signal Problems
Hello everyone! I have a reception problem that I just can’t figure out. Here is my link:
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...b9c91997beea10 I installed a DB2 antenna quite a while ago in my attic (2-story house) for OTA HD channels. I aimed it using the signal indicator on the TV and everything worked great. I was able to receive all the HD local channels that I was interested in (2.1, 4.1, 7.1, 9.1, 31.1) and some others. I was happy. Recently however, I found that the signal for NBC (Channel 9.1 KUSA) was gone (all static). I still receive the other channels including channel 7.1 KMGH ABC with a very strong signal down to channel 33.1 KQCK with a weaker signal. I have checked around to see if it is a problem with NBC in this area but have found nothing. I even tried a VHF antenna and had the same problem. In addition, I have an older analog TV with rabbit ears and a converter box and channel 9 comes through fine (no HD of course). Any ideas?? |

Thanks guys, I will study up. In the meantime, since a DB2 is a UHF antenna how am I receiving signal for the other VHF channels, KMGH,KQCK and KBDI?
(My antenna is pointing SW). |

From your answer, it's clear that I shouldn't expect it to work for all VHF channels. Thanks for the info! I will try a different VHF antenna with the high-low separator and the terminator. Thanks again!
