Another UHF Antenna needed?

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...46aea6e6541a82

I love my OTA set up in my attic. Above is my TV fool signal analysis. I get over 63 channels with my Antennas Direct CS4 and AntennaCraft Y10-7-13. I am also using the wineguard AP8275 for the preamp to both. All my channels are in the coordinates range of True North 72 to 79 degrees.

My next project is to add another antenna so to capture the WPXA ION Channel. It has coordinates of True North 12 degrees.

I would also need to combine/ split all 3 antennas.

Any advice?

The signal strength of WPXA-DT Real UHF channel 51 is Very Low Signal Strength at , minus -4.8 NM(dB) and has 2 Path obstruction and is 47.8 miles away.

Will most likely not be received with any type or kind or size of antenna in the attic.

Recommend install a Winegard HD9095P UHF antenna above the roof so the roof and building are not obstructing reception in the direction of WPXA.

Try a Winegard CC7870 , Isolation Transformer Type Combiner to combine the HD9095P UHF antenna and Y10-7-13 VHF antenna.

Isolation transformer type combiners , the inputs and output are decoupled with transformers , this reduces antenna cross talk and signal strength bleed off of one antenna to the other antenna.

Another way to do it is use a Remote Control A/B antenna switch with seperate coax runs to the Tv locations.

Another option for terminating a second antenna down-lead: http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=2882

If you are already using Home Theater PC technology in one form or another, consider: http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=820

The Antennas Direct 91XG is yet another antenna to consider. It also offers peak gain at the upper end of the UHF band.

Regardless, be prepared to experiment with mounting height and location.

GroundUrMast,

Thanks for your response. All your suggestions have been Golden!

I am currently researching which one to purchase. Antennas Direct 91XG or Winegard HD9095P.
