New to the roof antanna

but I don't understand it can someone help me please. I am trying to get my Local station on my tv I have a Antennacraft® Philips SDV2940/27 Antenna on my roof it is mounted on a old dishnet work post on the east side of my house on the corner I get some of the channels that are on my map but the are spanish channels. Why Iam I not getting my local channel like ksl kutv fox etc. The channels I am getting are on the same moution top as my local channels are

In other words , the roof of the house must not be blocking reception. Tv antennas receive the best when nothing is blocking reception. Mount the Tv antenna at the top of the roof. Also the HBU33 Tv antenna must be horizontal with the ground. If you do not know what that means then think about this , when you lay on the ground you are horizontal with the ground , when you stand up you are vertical with the ground. Is more then one Tv is connected to the antenna?? If So. How many Tv's are connected?? <-- . --> Are the Tv's connected with coax cable ?? <-- . --> With a passive splitter or a amplified splitter ??<--.--> Is a preamplifier connected to the antenna ?? That leaves K43JV digital channel 16 3ABN Religion channel at 199 magnetic compass. KUTF channel 12 Telemundo and the channels below that are extremely week and will require increased measures to receive them. KULX-LD low power digital14 Telemundo and a weather channel . KSVN-LD low power digital channel 25 and K39JS-D digital 39 Azteca America . K59GS digital channel 21 CTVN-Religion and Exitos Spanish Tv . KDPR-LD low power digital channel 19 Family Net , Biz Tv , Infomercials. . . . The programing as listed with these low power digital stations is likely Not 100 % correct.

The stations that you want are toward the NW, and a bit weak. Is the antenna aimed at 329°? Is the roof in the way when the antenna is aimed NW? If so, consider remounting the antenna on the north or west side of the house.

Once the antenna is aimed properly and in the optimum location you may find that an HDP-269 preamp is needed.
