May Have a Lemon Winegard HD7696P
 

Installed a Winegard HD7696P today and was very disappointed. I am only getting channels 7 (7.1)ABC, 12 (11.1)NBC, 36 (36.1)IND and 44 (2.1)Fox, No CBS or PBS and a bunch of others I got when I did a test with my mothers identical antenna last week in same conditions. Not sure whats up checked the balun connectors and they look ok. Whats really bizare is the reception for channel 44 only works when the antenna is really low just a couple of feet off the roof. If I put the antenna at 10' above the roof 44 goes away but 7 gets a stronger signal. The signal for 7 is the best at 87% Any thoughts?

If you want help, then you should do what everyone else does. Post a TV Fool Radar Plot for your exact address. Describe where and how your antenna is mounted. You should also describe each element of the connection between your antenna and TV set(s). Also include the number of TV sets being served by the antenna.
