Here in Seattle, it's hard to find anyone stocking antenna parts. I would consider trying the RS hardware after putting a few coats of outdoor enamel paint on them.

I put a couple wraps of black electrical tape over the 2228 to protect it from UV rays and dust/dirt which sticks to the tacky surface of the 2228. Products such as Coax-Seal are equivalent. |
