Welcome to the forum, pbyers
Yes, WQED is missing from TVFool reports because there are errors in the database used to generate reports as a result of many repack changes. I doubt that TVFool will make corrections because they have a small staff. Here is a report for Pittsburgh with WQED missing: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...9038ac4327853b http://forum.tvfool.com/attachment.p...3&d=1533859641 This report from rabbitears.info shows WQED: http://forum.tvfool.com/attachment.p...4&d=1533859937 https://www.rabbitears.info/market.p...&callsign=WQED This shows the repack changes for the Pittsburgh DMA. Note that WQED will move to VHF-Low channel 2, which requires an antenna with large elements. There is a high noise level on VHF-Low from electrical interference, which will create a reception problem for some viewers. https://www.rabbitears.info/repackch...=&lss=&status= Most of the changes will be during Phase 4: Testing Begins: 6/22/2019 Phase Ends: 8/2/2019 https://www.fcc.gov/about-fcc/fcc-in...ition-schedule https://www.commlawcenter.com/2017/0...deadlines.html |
FYI, WQED will be moving to VHF channel 4 in Phase 4 (CP granted 8/7/18).

All parts of rabbitears.info haven't been updated but it does show here: https://www.rabbitears.info/tvq.php?...ms&facid=41315 and on the tower lineup: https://www.rabbitears.info/tower.ph...e&asrn=1022324 I see the WQED tower, but what is that white "pillow" behind it? http://forum.tvfool.com/attachment.p...5&d=1533921958 |
