Per the very helpful Tower Guys response I have installed a db4 aimed at 72 degrees and a ys-7-13 aimed at 160 degrees all combined through a winegard2870 all wired with quad shield, solid copper center RG6 with snapseal connectors.
The antennas are in my north most attic of my victorian house (wood framed and asphalt shingles). The peak of the roof is 30' so the antennas are at about 23-26 feet up
We recieve 30.1, 30.2, 61.1, 61.2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 20.1, 20.2, 24.1, 24.2, 24.3
In order of importance:
My wife would really like to watch ctx (39)59.1
I would also like to get Ion 26.1 and 43.1

Any suggestions?

Your DB4 gas a very narrow beamwidth and would need aimed to 185 degrees for 43 and 39 virtual. and 111 degrees for 26.

You could add a rotor by Pro Brand a Egal Aspen Roto100. This will operate thru your coax if you follow the instructions concerning splitter types and locations. or you could add a DB2 antenna aimed to around 140 degrees. This would require a second coax and an A/B switch.

IMO The rotor would be easier and more effective.

The rotor I suggested will work with one coax and the 2870 amplifier.

"Signals unlimited" pretty much described it, however, I wouldn't plan on getting channel 26 (too weak/obstructed) reliably. 59.1 is also going to be a tough one.

Before investing in a rotor or second antenna, try manually aiming the DB4e at each of those stations in turn to see if they can be reliably received at your location. If this test is not successful, then the rotor would be of any benefit.

Likewise, you could manually re-aim the VHF antenna at WWLP to see if you could get it. If so, putting both antennas on the rotor might be beneficial.

The signal strength of WHPX-TV Real channel 26 , Virtual channel (26.1) ION.

Is not reliably receivable with a signal strength of minus -26.7 NM(dB) with a antenna height 23 feet.

Please make 2 more tvfool radar plot reports with antenna heights of 40 and 60 feet and post them here at your question and answer thread.

To see if the signal strength will get stronger to a at least a receivable signal strength of minus - 8 NM(DB) and stronger is better.

My first recommendations are to work with the antennas that you have to get the maximum amount of Tv stations/channels.

With the Y5-7-13 VHF high band channels 7 thru 13 antenna mounted at the current height of about 23 feet.

Aim the Y5-7-13 VHF high band channels 7 thru 13 antenna at the much weaker WWLP-DT REAL VHF channel 11 , Virtual channel (22.1) , NBC , at about 47 degree magnetic compass.

Is the stronger WTNH-DT REAL VHF channel 10 , Virtual channel (8.1) , ABC , at about 173 degree magnetic compass received through the side and back of the Y5-7-13 antenna ??

Are both WWLP and WTNH received??

What UHF antenna is installed and being used at your location??

The DB4 has narrower forward reception beam width.

The DB4e has a wider forward reception beam width.

A Wider forward beam width is desirable at your reception location.

Beam Width is the angle of reception to the left and right of the front of the antenna

that Tv stations will be received.

Moving forward with improving reception.

Aim the VHF antenna at about 47 degree magnetic compass.

Aim the UHF antenna at about 135 degree magnetic compass.

With the antennas aimed at those directions , hopefully all of the Tv stations/channels (except WHPX-TV 26 ION) will be received.

The reason hopefully , is the Tv stations are widely spaced around the compass. Tv antennas receive the best when the Tv antenna is aimed at the Tv transmitting antenna.

The further off to the side at an angle the Tv transmitting antenna is to the receiving antenna the less signal will be received.

Aim the UHF antenna inbetween the UHF stations that are to the East and South , inbetween is about 135 degree magnetic compass.

Aim the VHF antenna at about 47 degree magnetic compass to receive the weak signal strength WWLP and hopefully the stronger signal strength WTNH at 173 degree will be received through the back angle of the VHF antenna.

For a A LOT STRONGER Tv Signals the antennas must be moved from the attic , must be mounted above the roof.

If this set up does not get all the channels (except WHPX-TV 26 ION) then some Tv antenna changes will be required.

The off aiming may not deliver the reception desired from any but the strongest channels.

To receive the channels from all desired directions you would be best to go ahead with the rotor. With controled rotation you can watch your signal meter (if that is an option) and aim the antenna, storing the locations where the reception is the most reliable.
