Please help...info is overwhelming

Hi I just recently moved and decided now was a good time to cut the cable. We've been very happy with our roku but dearly miss the news. Here is my tvfool analysis:

We have tried two indoor antennas (got nothing) and my husband bought a roof antenna before he read the fine print and realized it was only rated for a 30 mile range. Any insight is much appreciated!

Your first TV Fool report appears to be based on a default level of 10' AGL. I assume the terrain in your area is relatively flat... If so, I suspect conditions will be improved significantly just a few feet higher. Please consider running an additional report based on 25' AGL.

Even an indoor antenna should receive some signals... Have you used the TV's setup up menu system to change the tuner to 'air' or 'antenna' mode, and then run a full channel scan?

Based on the first report you've posted, I would suggest you use an outdoor mounted antenna like the Antennacraft HBU-44, aimed toward the south (and slightly east).

Thanks for your response! Here is my analysis at 25ft. I have not tried the settings on the TV, so I will do that first and see what I can get.

Thanks for the updated TVFR. Conditions are better as you go up... I'd still consider the HBU-44 or equivalent from other vendors such as Channel Master.
