Missing/Inaccurate Virtual Channel Numbers for East Michigan

WDCQ RF15 is virtual 19, not 35

WKBD RF14 is V50.x

WPXD RF50 is V14.x

WHTV RF34 is V18.x

Update for WDCQ

Went away for fortnight, and when I got back

WDCQ RF15 was virtual 19.1 19.2 19.3 moved to virtual 15.3, 15.4, 15.5.

Note the sub channel numbers weren't preserved.
