Thats a Big Beautiful OTA Antenna. To prevent the coax from swinging in the wind , feed the coax up through the bottom of the mast and out the top.

Actually I've gone back up and tied it to the pole all the way down when I put the ground wire on and rebolted it to the wall. The reception even improved a little after I grounded it. After the thunderstorms a couple weeks ago I figured I better get everything grounded just in case, wouldn't do to have the insurance company deny a claim if we had a lightning strike and it wasn't properly grounded.
