Don't know. I checked call logs for several days after the 20th but didn't see anything I could match to this viewer.

We just returned from vacation, ran the auto program again and now have 61 channels - that's more than we have had at any time in the past. The antenna hasn't been moved at all. So I don't understand what the problem was...

Since reception improved after you checked out and tightened the coax, I think that was part of the problem. Atmospheric conditions due to the storms you had in your region for several days is the other likely culprit.
