Andy,
I just want to say what a wonderful job you've done integrating the Industry Canada TVStation database. :)
Any chance of repeating this feat with the FMStation database for use with FMFool?

Hi,
I'm sure this is possible. It's simply a matter of finding the time to do it. FM transmitters outnumber TV transmitters, so it's a little more data to sort through, but I don't see any reason why it can't be done.
Does anyone happen to have a link to the FM database download site?
We have a few other projects going on at the moment, so I'm afraid it will be a while before I can devote full attention to this. I'll gladly start collecting the pieces I need and have them ready for later.
Best regards,
Andy

The FMSTATIO.dbf file is in the same zipfile as the TVSTATIO.dbf file, available from http://spectrum.ic.gc.ca/infoback/dgse/dbf/baserad.zip (ignore the message at http://spectrum.ic.gc.ca/infoback/dgse/english/baserade.html that says the files are from May 9, 2009, as I just downloaded the set today, and most of the files are from January 20 2010.)
You could also try the frequency search database at http://sd.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/web_search.frequency_range_input but I don't know if you can get antenna pattern data out of it.
