Help with first antenna

I am getting an antenna for the first time, so I would like some advice on what type and brand would be the best for my situation:

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...f1f06716fd1f7f

I am looking to get the most UHF/VHF channels I can. I would like to get Chicago stations which are about 70miles away, but also like the options of pulling from Madison(60mi) and Milwaukee (50mi). I do understand that they are all in different directions, so I would have to adjust antenna depending where I want to get stations from. Also, if there are any other suggestions on getting the best signal (Preamp etc.) please tell me your thoughts.

Thanks,
Jake

First, do you have a tree-free and building-free signal path from any potential mounting location towards any of your desired cities?

Thank for replying! I have a building-free signal path in all directions, but do have some trees mainly in the signal path towards Madison. I am located on a hill if you think that would help.

Are you willing to deal with a rotor for maximum flexibility but sometimes maximum hassle (multiple TVs, viewers, DVRs, rescanning on many sets, etc)?

I am open to getting a rotor if you think it is the best for my situation. We only have one tv right now, so there shouldn't be much hassle.
