Antenna Gain

I have Yagi type tv antenna that has excellent forward gain.

I would like to sacrifice some of the forward gain to increase the gan at the rear.

Can anyone suggest a simple way of blocking some the directors (without removing them) in the hope of increasing the gain at the rear?

Thanks

Your previous thread: http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=7872

Are you attempting to receive signals that arrive from opposite points of the compass? Or as in your previous thread, are the signals of interest aprox. 90 apart?
