Best Indoor Antenna For La Mesa, CA

Here is my report: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...f1f0cdc71bb8d2

I have a window to the southwest but my tv is about 15 feet away. I bought a Winegard Freevision which seems to pick up more channels (20+) than the cheap RCA indoor antenna I bought from Walmart (14 channels).

I will be putting the antenna inside either next to the tv or on an eastern wall.

Indoor mounting often hampers reception reliability. Are you unable to mount outside? You'll find reception reliability better when the antenna has a clear unobstructed view to the west and SE.

Though there are other options, the Free Vision should do well in your application.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
