vent pipe mount

I have an older house built in the 1964 with cast iron vent pipes. I want to avoid putting holes in the roof and I was thinking of putting my ant751 antenna on a 10ft mast pole off the vent pipe. Is it safe to do that or could I run into trouble putting to much on the vent pipe. By the way it will be grounded.
Thanks,
Dan

A 5 ft mast would put less stress on the vent pipe. If the roofing compound at the base of the pipe has dried out, add some more.

I did replace the flashing around the vent pipe 2 years ago and replace the shingles around it. The old flashing was bad and leaking around the roof. I also replaced some of the wood around the flashing as well.
