Please Help with Antenna Selection - Mohu or Clearstream?

Can someone please give me some advice on which antenna would suit me best for my location in Maryland? I am looking at the Mohu Sky and any version of the Clearstream. Please see link below for my signal analysis. Thanks for the help.

The C2V should work well. You shouldn't need an amplified antenna with signal levels that high.

Agreed, the C2V (not to be confused with the UHF only Clear Stream 2) is a far better match to you reception conditions.

Thanks for the replies! So i take it the Mohu Sky is a UHF only antenna which is why is wouldn't be the best choice? Also, would there be any advantage to a amplified antenna, say for future use? I do understand that if it is not needed, it can hurt your signal, but just curious.

I guess I should also mention that I have five tv's to run, if anything should be taken into consideration for that as well, please let me know.

Mohu hasn't provided a bit of data as to the Sky's technical characteristics might be, so it's just a big question mark.

Adding an amp when one isn't needed leaves open the increased chance that it will cause new problems that could have been avoided in the first place.

OK, great. SO before I purchase I just want to make sure which one is the correct antenna to buy. GoundUrMast provided this link:

https://www.antennasdirect.com/store...-Complete.html

But I also see this one on their website:

https://www.antennasdirect.com/store...V-Antenna.html

They look like the same C2V but the first link supposedly includes a "FREE - 30ft. RG6 Coaxial Cable and 20" J-Mount!" Since when did free cost $20?

I don't mind paying the $130, but I just want to make sure its the right antenna package.

Also, will I need a distribution amplifier since I'll be feeding five TV's?

List pricing for the whole C2/V line hasn't been aligned in quite a while. The Completes in stock were packaged back when the list price of the combo was set for a club store. It gets confusing, I know....

Walmart and Best Buy carry the C2V with 20" CJ Mount (sans coax) for a retail price around $98-100. If you're not in a hurry, you can call in during operating hours and order from a sales rep and get more attractive pricing than list (which is all we can put on the web site).

You likely don't need a distribution amp, but that depends on how your existing cabling and splitting is set up.

Hey all. It's been awhile since I've been on here. I wanted to say that I haven't ordered the antenna yet because I got sidetracked with work on my house, but now I am definitely ready to buy. I just wanted to know if there are any new products out better than the C2V or is the C2V still my best bet?

I'd still recommend the C2V...

OK great. So my next question is that after looking at the map of channels there are three areas that I'd like to pick up. two are in the West, North-West and are about 50 degrees apart. One, and it is an important one is 180 degrees the opposite direction in the South-East. How can i catch all of these? Should I buy multiple antennas or go with a omnidirectional one?

What's the call sign of the station to the SE that is a 'must have'? Depending on the signal level, you may need a large antenna dedicated to that one signal...
