FM trap / Attenuator question

I'm getting the CPA-19 & Attenuator today & want to know if it matters which goes first on the cable. I was going to run cable/ Attenuator / FM trap / TV.
I do realize that the preamp should be connected as close to the antenna as possible.

FM trap should be between the antenna and the amplifier to prevent FM interference due to IMD.

The attenuator should be installed where needed, but your question doesn't provide any information as to why you're planning on using one.

In reference to the other thread: http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=9063
I thought it would be wise to have the attenuator present in the case that local (or other) signals end up being too strong & distorted by the preamp, its just a precautionary move. Thanks for the FM trap tip I didn't consider that placement at all, could it be screwed right into the balun? Might be kinda awkward but I don't know what else I could affix it to & I wouldn't want to have it just dangling + it would eliminate another cable.
