These are a low quality re branded off shore import w/ no customer support.

Stick w/ a name brand.

I have been doing business w/ these two places for decades, but I wouldn't purchase something like this, any sooner than I'd order a steak from a family style restaurant.

Who knows?
If you're set on purchasing one though, you may get lucky.

In no particular order of preference.
Winegard, Channel Master, Antennas Direct and Antennas Direct.

I'm pretty sure that one of the Antennas Direct should read, "Antennacraft'.

If I were paying attention, one of them would have indeed been Antennacraft
