Advice for Antenna on new home

I'm going to be moving soon, and going to be dropping Cable TV at the same time. I'd like a recommendation on what Antenna to use. Here is my Signal Analysis Result:

I'd prefer to hide the antenna in the attic if at all possible. The roof is plywood with asphalt singles. I'd only be using a single TV to start with.

Thank you

Here is the Federal Antenna Law that says Yes you can install a Broadcast Tv Antenna of Any Size above the roof so as to have Reliable Broadcast Tv Reception.
http://www.fcc.gov/mb/facts/otard.html.

As always , attics and the inside of buildings Are Not a reception friendly environment and Never Will Be a reception friendly environment.

Reason:
Multi-path/reflections signals bouncing all around , absorbing , blocking , Broadcast Tv reception.

________________

As always , trees and tree leaves , plants and plant leaves , have a Negative effect on Broadcast Tv reception , multi-path/reflections , absorbing , blocking , Broadcast Tv reception.

As always , the type and kind of thinking and beliefs that produce the , - Hiding the Antenna View Of Life - , is a good way to get -> Less Broadcast Tv Reception.

The Best Practice is to install a ANT751 antenna is at a location that has least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including your own roof and house and other obstructions.

________________

Yes start with a ANT751 in the attic aimed at about 213 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

If reception issues are happening in the attic and adjusting the antenna aim direction and location of the antenna in the attic does not resolve the issues.

Then move/install the ANT751 antenna Above The Peak Of The Roof in such a manner that reception is not impeded and blocked by the roof and house in the directions of , South West , South , South East , North West , North , North East , East.

Above the roof aim the ANT751 antenna at about 213 degree magnetic compass direction.

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the , OTA=Over The Air , Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels , often named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv Setup Menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the Air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

Some Digital Tv's will Automatic channel scan for cable tv channels.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Go into the Tv Setup Menu and select , 'Air Channels' ~ 'Antenna Channels'.

Scan for channels.
