Never had an antenna before but can't take the cable bill anymore

Hello, I like many others it appears have had enough of the 100.00+ a month cable bill, so now it's time for my 1st ever antenna. I put in my address and it gave me this information http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...1ddaeabf9a3b26 would anyone have any suggestions of a quality antenna that would work good in my area. Thank you very much

The tvfool radar plot report says , with red letters , that the tvfool radar plot report is resolved to the city level only.

Please make a tvfool radar plot report with the Exact address. With the antenna height at 20 feet.

If the Exact address will not work.

On the tvfool home page click on >>Start MAPS<< , make a map , Move the Pointer to your Exact location , and click on the button , Make Tvfool Radar Plot.

Is this a , house , town home , condo , apartment , mobile home , motor home , or etc.??

What directions do , windows , patios/balconies face??

What floor??

What is the top floor??

How many Tv's are/will be connected??

Good news is that you have so many channels in green, bad news is that channels which most of the folks are interested NBC, ABC, CBS & FOX do not have line of sight. You need one antenna pointed 1 degrees magnetic (NBC, PBS, ABC) and one antenna pointed 103 degrees (CBS & FOX). Two antennas of clearstream C2V should work.

You may want to wait for experts opinion if you can get one antenna which can get from front and back.

No respond.

Well any way.

Based on the tvfool report at the city level.

Install a Winegard HD7000R antenna above the Peak of the roof aimed at about 90 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Install a Winegard HDP-269 preamp.

For 1 Tv connected use No splitter.

For 2 Tv's connected use a , HFS-2D , 2 way splitter.

For 3 Tv's connected use a , HFS-3D , 3 way splitter.

Buy the HFS splitters at , http://www.solidsignal.com or http://www.hollandelectronics.com.

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real good job of , reflecting , reducing , blocking , Digital Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own roof and house.

It is best to install the HD7000R antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of reception including your own roof and house.

The directions of reception are , north east , east , south east.
