Dallas-Ft. Worth nearly perfect

The changes for Dallas-Ft. Worth in dbdatecode 201003100130 are really appreciated. The facilities are in-line with what has been filed for a license (FCC 302-DTV or from 347). The deletion of old analogs since displaced by digital is also correct.

So, that leaves only these two in need of a tweak:

1). KTVT Real 19 is actually 750 kW (not 1000 kW). The complex series of changes involving sister KTXA is nearly complete but KTVT's UHF plant isn't going to be modified for another year. It's a twisted path to trace this through the FCC records (because of a channel swap done back in August 2009) but I can confirm that the slightly lower power ERP is correct.

2). KFWD Real 9 is actually 13 kW (not 55 kW). This too hard to discern this from the FCC database but drilling through the CBDS minefield shows the license to cover for the 13 kW power.

Most of the turmoil in this market has finally come to an end (modulo some LPTVs that have CPs but haven't lit up and the eventual power increase by KTVT next year along with them turning off of RF-11 in 2012).

So if you can modify the ERP values for KTVT's 19 and KFWD's 9, all of the data will be accurate.
