How NM & Pwr are related to Antenna gain?

I know that most of experts here in this forum understand these terms.

Wanted to understand and learn how the NM dB, Pwr (dBm) are related to Antenna gain? How best to use the Nm and Pwr information in TVF in selection/setup of OTA antenna?

Thanks,
