That's a tough choice; you have two directions to choose from. The signals from 203 deg true are stronger, but there are hills in the signal path. 203 also has ION and CW.

The signals from 138 have a clearer path, but they are further away and the curvature of the earth will block the signals.
I favor the 203 deg channels with a Winegard HD7694P antenna if there are no trees or building in the signal path; add a Channel Master 7778 preamp if needed. Try it without the preamp first. When you get one TV OK, then add a splitter. If the signals are too weak, replace the splitter with a CM3412 distribution amp.
