Until you try mounting your antenna in your attic, you don't know for sure if your attic is a usable reception site or a 'black hole' of reception. The HBU-33 is relatively easy to re-fold, unlike the Winegard. The Antennacraft would be my choice if I was to try attic mounting, the Winegard could be damaged if you needed to remove it from an attic.
If I knew that I was going to mount outdoors (where you will find better reception), I'd choose the Winegard antenna.
I'd try using a passive 4-way splitter such as the Ideal # 85-134. Consider performing this test,
