Smile Rabbit73 Review of New CM Balun???

How about a review of the new CM Balun by Rabbit73?

https://www.channelmaster.com/TV_Ant..._p/cm-3203.htm

Since he reviewed their other long standing balun, the CM-94444, which has served most OTA enthusiasts very well for many years now and he has the right equipment to post an honest review, I would respectfully request his research.

The new CM balun is much more expensive than their other one, $30 compared to $5! And rabbits previous findings found that trimming the leads to 2 1/2" would lower insertion loss to a bit over 1db as opposed to several dbs with those long leads. An excellent tip and money saving to boot!

But so far, the reviews on CM site are excellent for their new balun. But is it worth $25 more?

Thanks in advance, rabbit73, if you take up this request!

Rabbit is tired of the trolling.

Well, I hope rabbit does come here to comment but as you have noticed, he has been staying away.

I'm not going to speak for him but you remember his comments from a while back about the constant trolling here.

He's still very active. Just not here.

A couple of messages to the administrators here might get some action on the trolling , I'm sure that would bring him back.

Maybe if you're interested in testing the new CM balun you could have one drop shipped to him? Are they available on Amazon yet?

Thank you for your confidence in my ability to make useful tests. I will not be able to test the new CM balun at this time because this forum is no longer enjoyable for me and my wife has serious health problems; I must focus on her needs.

I am so sorry to hear this, rabbit73.

My prayers are with you and your wife.

This forum has lost ONE OF ITS VERY BEST! I had thought that moderators or more importantly, the owners would have resolved the issue. Apparently, this is not the case. The forum will never be the same for me.

For now, I'm uncertain of the future of this forum, IMHO.....

We tried to keep the disruptions under control. It worked for a little while, but in the end, it proved impossible. The offending person has now been banned. Let's try to move on from here.

Rabbit, you and especially your wife are in my prayers.

I thank all of you for your prayers and support.

Thanks for getting the offender banned. I wonder if we could delete some of the gibberish? A while back one of the other administrators cleaned up a couple of the threads. He got rid of the gibberish posts and some of the arguments.

Thank you jrgagne99 for clarification!

I resend my uncertainty about this forums' future. I am more than ready to move on from here.

With all good hope and prayers for rabbit73s wife, when she recovers, we'll see him back here in his usual OUTSTANDING form.

Until then, ever forward.....
