Advice on antennas and placement

I want to purchase an antenna that will pick up ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, and an independent station KUSI. According to the map, all this stations are relatively close and in the same general direction.

Ideally, I would prefer an indoor antenna located upstairs or in the attic. I can install it outdoors if need be. There is a satellite dish located on the roof where I can put it and use the existing wires. The distance of the antenna would be about 20 feet from the ground.
