The RCA ANT-751R pointed at about 290° (compass) would be were I start. Fine tune the aim from there, the only odd station that may pose a problem would be the Ion affiliate, WOPX. By adjusting aim, I expect you would be able to get it without loosing reliable reception of the main group of signals to the NW.

I'd mount outdoors, clear of obstructions.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)

A Simple Reception Situation.

Above the Peak of the Roof in such a manner the reception is not , obstructed , impeded , blocked , by the roof and building in the directions of , North West , West , South West , South.

Aim the antenna at about 290 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html

Use a Real and Actual magnetic compass to aim antenna , do not trust a cell phone compass.

----------

A antenna system amplifier is Not required.

----------

For 1 Tv connected use No splitter.

For 2 Tv's connected use a 2 way splitter.

For 3 Tv's connected use a 3 way splitter.

------------------

Install a , www.antennacraft.net , HBU11K antenna.

Or

ANT751 or ANT751R , both the same antenna.

---------------

As Always , the closer trees and other obstructions are in the directions of reception the more disrupted reception will be.

As Always , the more distant the trees and other obstructions are in the directions of reception the better reception will be.

The main groups of Tv stations at your location are to the , North West and West.

----------------

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the , OTA=Over The Air , ATSC-Digital Broadcast Tv Stations/Channels , often

named the ~ Antenna Channel ~ ATSC Channels ~ DTV Channels ~ Air Channels ~ in the Tv Setup Menu

because the Tv Reception is through the Air from the Transmitting antenna to the Receiving antenna.

Some digital tv's will Automatic channel scan for cable tv channels.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Go into the Tv Setup Menu and select and channel scan for ~ Antenna Channels ~ ATSC Channels ~ DTV Channels ~ Air Channels ~.
