North Georgia Reception

My father in law has moved to north Georgia - the Clarkesville area. This means I get to reinstall his OTA setup, which was just an antenna connected to coax. We had no amplifier attached.

Based on my research from AntennaWeb and TV Fool, it may be pointless to try and install this for him.

I have attached the radar report from TV Fool - I am no expert in reading this.

I am assuming I need to try an amplified setup, but not sure where to start in regards to what product to buy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

No, you did not and you should not. Do the TV Fool radar report with the exact address. Include a link to the report like this: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...60b5985ccdc03b

Well just judging from the general Clarkesville area tvfool plot, it doesn't look good but it isn't futile, just don't expect to get away with rabbit ears.
