I'm looking to get the local BC channels and as many US channels I can get.. Hopefully in hd

Good news and bad. You have lots of strong signals, but they are scattered all over the compass points.

You'll have to do some thinking on things like, how many TV's, which specific channels you want, etc.

You'll have lots of options depending on the details of what you work out from the planning process.

I'd give the Antennas Direct DB4E a try. It covers all the channels that you could hope to catch based on your TVFR. Reliable reception of the Seattle channels is not a reasonable expectation.
