Looks like the new TV band will start at VHF Lo Ch. 2 and peak out at UHF Ch. 36. At least that is what this article states.

Anyone think we'll see a number of new antenna designs from TV antenna manufacturers now that higher channels will not be available?

That has been known for several weeks.

It will take almost 3 1/2 years to completely clear channels 38-41. I suspect you'll see little to nothing new anytime soon.
