The stations south and slightly east, listed in the green section of your report are going to be easy to receive reliably with the C2 or C4.

Any of these antennas should have no trouble feeding 1 to 4 sets with no amplifier needed, there is plenty of signal power at your location.
If your mother is interested in religious programing, a high-VHF antenna pointed at 79° compass will provide reliable reception of WINM. An Antennacraft Y5713 would be my suggestion. To combine the UHF antenna and h-VHF signals into one down-lead, use a
UVSJ.
