Displayed received power Rx. what's assumed

After running FMFool for my location, I get a table and one of the items listed is Received power in dBm at the receiver. I checked the FAQ but didn't find an explaination on what the power actually means. Is this power in the air, and do I have to make adjustments as a function of any antenna gain and losses?

Thanks

You're right, you need to add antenna gain and subtract distribution losses.
