http://www.tvguide.com/Listings/ has the ability to set Cable/Sat/OTA, and to add favorites by just clicking on the list. The favorites page only includes those you add. It does not include subchannels, though.
I found this one
http://www.rochesterhomepage.net/programming which does show subchannels, and is easier to use. Perhaps there's something like that in your area.
I searched Google with the terms "rochester ny tv schedule". Also got this one
