Try placing your existing antenna in a window that faces East-borth-east and rescan to see if you can get that station (you'll loose others, but this is an experiment).
If you can now get this station,and you must stay indoors with an antenna, you can pick up an inexpensive set of rabbit ears, adjust them to around 29-30" tip to tip, and combine their cable to your existing antenna cable with channel 9 Jointenna available on closeout at

If you cannot get that channel with the rabbit ears, you'll likely need a larger channel 7-13 antenna, either attic or outdoors mounted, combined into your existing signal cable using the same Jointenna.
