John's suggestion is a good one. I would encourage you to check out the OTA forums at digitalhome.ca for more information, especially CBC's transition plan to digital broadcasting. In particular, your confusion on CBVE's plans is understandable. Channel 67 was made available for CBVE to use during the transition time to digital broadcasting. CBC never put this on the air. Channel 25 is CBVE's post-transition channel, and would be where you would find CBC come September 1, as Quebec City is a mandatory market. CBC has decided, however, not to construct the digital facility for CBVE, so it will go off the air August 31.
