Is this CS2 the same as what you guys have recommended? Appears to be UHF only.

If i were to get a more powerful antenna would I possibly be able to avoid a preamp? Something like the HD7084 or CM4228? Even if i do need a preamp i still might like to have something a bit more powerful than the CS2. What do you think?
