The stations to east are so close and so strong, that you don't really need to point an antenna at them to pick them up. I'd focus my energy on the stations to the west. Even those stations are strong, so a small directional antenna like the RCA ANT751 or AntennaCraft HBU11K should be OK. For a better chance at WPBY, you might go with something slightly larger like the Winegard HD7694P.

Do not get anything with an amplifier in it. The signals are strong enough to overload an amp, so don't bother. With signals this strong, you don't need one anyway.

You main improvement will come from getting the antenna up higher with less "clutter" around it. If you current antenna is in the living room, it's picking up a fair amount of signal reflections from the stuff around it. An attic install will have less interference, and an outdoor mount will have even less than that.
